We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the production of aircraft spars and composite structures for our innovative aircraft kits.
Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will work closely with our experienced team to fabricate and assemble aircraft spars and assist in composite production. Previous experience in woodwork or composites is preferred but not required; a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are the most important qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble aircraft spars with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in the production and repair of composite structures, including molds, panels, and other components.
- Use a variety of tools and materials, such as wood, epoxy, fiberglass, and carbon fiber, in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deliver high-quality parts.
- Learn and apply best practices in composite fabrication and aircraft component assembly.
Qualifications
- Work Ethic: Strong dedication to quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to training in composite fabrication and aircraft assembly.
- Experience in Woodworking or Composites: Preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with hands-on work, standing for long periods, and handling materials.
